When one piece is fitted the other piece is loose. This is typically my motto when putting together outfits. So, it's only natural for me to wear a loose blouse with my fitted mini. I have seen so many girls wearing these body con mini skirts and I love to see how we all wear them so differently. It's definitely a fun and bold staple item to have this Summer!
