 I did not wake up at 4am to watch the royal wedding.  However, I was excited to turn on the Today show with my cup of coffee {morning ritual} to see the over view of the ceremony.  Princess Catherine looked STUNNING {loved the dress} and the sea of people outside; what an amazing view! With all the royal wedding excitement and the sun shining through my window, it's sure to be a lovely Friday.

Mila's Lavender

Ever since I saw Mila Kunis at the Oscars, I have been searching for a lavender dress with the same romantic feel to it.  These runway dresses {found on style.com} are exactly what I have been looking for, but why is it that I can never find these kinds of specifics in stores until a season or two, too late.  If anyone finds what I'm looking for, let me know!

 I fully enjoyed the amazing weather we had yesterday. I was able to relax on the deck and catch up on all my mags, cleaned my car, and took a nice walk around the lake with the two men in my life.  Unfortunately the rest of the week looks like rain. Hopefully by the time the weekend comes the weather will clear up.

Spent my entire day yesterday getting the house ready for Peter's Birthday party.  Very excited to have all our friends over to celebrate!  Seeing that the weather is less than desirable for a BBQ, we will be gathering inside with Jalapeno Lemonade Margaritas, Boston Cream Pie Cupcakes, meaty appetizers {for the meat lover himself}, a delicious cheese plate, along with other yummy snacks.  This Easter weekend is packed with lots of quality time spent with amazing family and friends. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend with the ones you love too!

Yesterday I visited my friends store, Russell + Hazel, for their store event. Probably the cutest work place I have ever seen!  The company is a full line of stationary, organizers, binders, etc.  All great quality and full of beautiful designs and colors. I purchased my Ipad case and an amazing neon leather Portfolio. I'll feature the pics of the store's event in tomorrow's post.  TGIF!
